Our firm, established in 1989, seeks “full cycle” executive search consultants with experience placing executives within Financial Services disciplines.

Located 100 feet from the LIRR in new offices, Horizon Group is now looking to expand our firm by seeking associate to Director level professionals to source, identify and recruit professionals for open searches in the financial services  industry.  Work with 5 relationship managers who will share resources, expertise, and time to ensure success.
