Client Administration – RFP Specialist

Asset management client seeks an exceptionally talented individual with 2-5 years of experience to join their newly created RFP processing team as an RFP Administrator within Client Administration.

The core mission of the Client Administration group is to establish scalable investment workflows, ensure a controlled operating environment and deliver high quality client service to both internal and external business relationships. In addition to supporting primary investment related activities, the group assists in the design and implementation of firm wide projects, operational due diligence, counterpart management and client related activities.

 

Responsibilities

• Proactively address all RFP requests and complete all corresponding documentation.

• Interact with all areas of the firm to ensure accuracy of RFP responses.

• Coordinate with all areas of the firm to maintain RFP database to ensure all information is kept up-to-date.

• Track and manage all outstanding RFP with ability to escalate to senior management if deadlines are in jeopardy of being missed.

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, with a preferred concentration in finance

• 2 – 5 years experience within financial industry

• Ability to work independently as well as within a team

• Strong written and verbal communications skills

• Well-organized with the ability to multi-task and work within tight time frames

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Experience with Quividan is a plus
